Volunteer Sign Up – VisABILITY Center Opening Celebration

All employees are invited to volunteer to help make this event a great success! You’re welcome to enjoy the event before or after your chosen shift, there will be great company, food and drinks.

We need help with:

Event Set Upon the day of the event, you will be helping with a variety of set up tasks such as decorating, setting up displays and tour stops

Catering Help – you will be in charge of helping guests that need assistance with getting food, and clearing or replacing empty food trays

Registration Table (multipurpose room) – you will be in charge of crossing guest names off the guest list, handing out name tags and maps, and directing guests to the tour stops or café. There are two shift times available.

Information Table (front lobby) – you will be in charge of crossing guest names off the guest list, handing out name tags and maps, and directing guests to the tour stops or café. There are two shift times available.

Tour Stop Guide – a big part of the event will be a self-guided tour. We will have employees and/or displays located at each tour stop. You will be in charge of greeting guests, talking about what goes on at your designated tour stop and guiding guests to the next area if needed. We will provide more details closer to the event, and we will need the most support for this task. There are two shift times available.

Clean Up Crew – you will help to clean up after the event so that we can go back to business as usual come Monday!
