Sophia Kipp – Sophie has battled with Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP), a blinding eye disease that has left her with very little remaining useful vision. She had struggled for years to find gainful employment before landing at Beyond Vision. She loves having the opportunity to work, and believes her job at Beyond Vision saved her life.
