Safety Information

• Hand tools are generally designed to perform one function; do not use them improperly.

• Impact wrenches can cause breakage of sockets or accessories.
• Wear safety googles. Users and bystanders.
• Do not use hand sockets, chrome or industrial finish sockets with impact wrenches.
• Flying objects can cause injury.
• Broken sockets or accessories can cause injury.

impact sockets are designed for durability when used with impact drivers; use only impact sockets with
impact drivers.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Beyond Vision warrants that its products shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the
usable life of the product. This warranty is limited to products purchased from authorized Beyond Vision
distributors. Beyond Vision, at its sole option, will repair, replace or grant a credit for product that does not
comply with this warranty. Beyond Vision, does not provide any warranty for: 1) consumable products,
2) products subjected to abnormal use, 3) normal wear and tear of products. Consumable products are
goods reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use. Abnormal use includes misuse,
modification, neglect or lack of maintenance.

For qualifying items in need of warranty, please contact the
warranty/returns department, Beyond Vision, 414-778-5800 to be granted a Return Goods Authorization
Number. Once granted, items shall be returned to: Beyond Vision, Attn: Warranty Department,
1540 S 108th St, West Allis, WI 53214, freight prepaid.

Ratchets:
Warrantable ratchets purchased new will be replaced with new ratchets. All broken ratchets must be
returned to Beyond Vision for warranty service, 1540 S 108th St, West Allis, WI 53214 with a Returned
Goods Authorization number (RGA #), freight pre-paid, in order to receive credit. Field destroyed ratchets
will not be eligible for credit.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, Beyond Vision AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE

How To Use A Socket Wrench Properly

A socket wrench or ratchet allows you to turn nuts and bolts with more ease than using a regular wrench.

The ratcheting feature allows you to keep the wrench on the bolt eliminating the need to refit the wrench every time you need to make a turn.

This is ideal when working in confined spaces where movement is extremely limited.

How to use a socket wrench

1. Select the right socket for the job.

2. All sockets are labelled so if you know the size of nut you want to turn all you need to do is find its corresponding socket in your set.

3. If you do not know the size of socket needed, test varying sizes until one fits correctly.

4. Do not try and turn a bolt with a socket that is too large. Doing this could strip the bolt and make it impossible to turn.

5. Attach the socket to the head of the wrench – you should hear a click when its properly in place.

6. Select the direction using the flip switch to decide between loosening and tightening.

7. Place the socket on the nut.

8. Use it like a regular wrench except do not remove it when you run out of space

9. Twist it back in the opposite direction and repeat until the bolt is fully loosened or tightened.
