Beyond Vision encourages employees to strongly consider getting the COVID-19 vaccine when made available to you. We respect that getting a vaccine is a personal choice that should be made in consultation with your health care provider. Beyond Vision will be giving four hours of PTO to those who receive the COVID-19 vaccination. Once you are fully vaccinated, please provide a copy of the front side of your vaccination card to Human Resources to receive your four hours of PTO. The documentation you provide will be kept confidential. If you are not able to receive the vaccine due to health-related conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs, please contact Human Resources.
