COVID-19 Vaccine Walk-in locations

Milwaukee Team:

We hope you are all doing well. We want to remind everyone that Beyond Vision will provide 4.0 hours of PTO to those who are vaccinated. Again if you choose to get vaccinated you will need to provide a copy of the front side of your vaccination card to Human Resources.

We also want to point out that the following locations are accepting walk-in appointments; meaning that you can just show up at any of the below locations during the appropriate time and receive a vaccine.

Wisconsin Center, 500 W. Wells St., Milwaukee, WI 53202

• Two entrances available; 1) corner of Wells & Vel Phillips 2) corner of Wells & Wisconsin.
• Parking is free at 500 W. Wells Street, with additional overflow parking available in a surface lot at 4th & Wisconsin. You do NOT need to pay if you park in these lots.
• Open to all who live, work, or study in Wisconsin
• Monday – Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 8am-4pm

North Division High School, 1011 W. Center St.

• Monday – Friday, 10am-4pm

South Division High School, 1515 W. Lapham Blvd.

• Monday – Friday, 10am-4pm
