2020 Annual Review

Beyond Vision Team,

This week we will be starting our annual review process.  As most of you know, we moved the annual review process from the end of fiscal year to the end of calendar year.  We plan on this schedule change to remain in effect moving forward.  We will do a Mid-Year Goal Review in June of 2021,

For those of you that participated in the last annual review process in July of 2019, the process will be similar.  It includes a self-review, manager review, and a sit down meeting with your manager.  Employees that earn a merit increase will receive that increase on the February 12th pay date.  Pay increases will be retroactive to the Friday, January 15th pay date.

Below is the timeline:

Wednesday, December 9th – all employees will receive their customized employee review document.  For those employees that cannot access or complete the review on their own, Rebecca Arrowood will set up time to assist in completing your self-review.

Monday, December 28th – all self-reviews must be completed and submitted to Rebecca Arrowood.

Friday, January 22nd – Managers must have all written reviews completed to be reviewed by Human Resources.

Tuesday, February 9th – all sit-down meetings must be completed.

Additional information will be provided to managers as we move through this process.
