The role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator drives recruitment activities for Beyond Vision (which, in the year 2020, is comprised of 5 multi-million-dollar business units across 8 states). With leadership and direction as necessary from the Vice President of Human Resources, this position is responsible for all tasks related to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the talent acquisition process from job posting through to hire. This creative professional will collaborate with managers, supervisors, and an external network of job placement professionals to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates–not only to the positions themselves–but to the thriving culture of cooperation and Servant Leadership we prize above all at Beyond Vision.
