The Manufacturing Engineer develops and sustains manufacturing processes to meet or exceed the technical requirements of our customers while achieving quality, throughput, accessibility for a workforce with blindness/vision impairment and other disabilities, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the implementation of new processes and improvements to existing processes. Assure sound engineering and validation principals are applied to process design.
  • Ensure that processes are accessible to a workforce that is blind/visually impaired and may have other physical restrictions.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications and insure process designs will meet customer and ISO standards requirements.

We Require

  • A passion and commitment to fulfilling our mission and vision.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks, and DraftSight/AutoCAD.
  • Successful track record in developing effective processes.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement.
