I.T. Technician

We are seeking a talented I.T. Technician to join our team.

This skilled professional will report directly to the I.T. Manager and is rresponsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and/or software. He/she will respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.

 

We Require

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.  A sense of urgency when working to resolve issues impacting our customers.
  • Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
  • 2 years+ experience working in Windows.
  • Education and formal training in IT is preferred.
