We are a social enterprise in Milwaukee Wisconsin passionate about our Mission, People, and Culture.  Our focus is creating employment and career opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired. We do this because 70 percent of working age Americans who are blind or visually impaired are not working.  Our growth compels us to add a quality professional to our H.R. Team.  This position reports to our Sr. Director of Relationships and Business Services.  Duties includes benefits administration, employee engagement, training and development, worker’s compensation, safety, recruitment, performance management, and overall compliance with our policies as well as local, state, and federal laws.

We Require:

  • Minimum of three years working in a human resources generalist role.
  • 2- or 4-year degree in business, human resources, management or related field.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement.
  • The belief that culture trumps strategy and good people are at the heart of any great organization.
