Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing

You will not find another organization more passionate about its Mission and culture.  If you share these passions, we’d like to hear from you.  Beyond Vision is a social enterprise located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Our Mission is to create employment and upward mobility with people who are blind or visually impaired.  Our growth has led to the creation of a Customer Service Representative position in our Manufacturing area.  This professional will build effective relationships with existing manufacturing customers. This includes providing responsive, timely, and professional communication with our customers.  The person will work closely with production, shipping/receiving, accounting, sales/marketing, and procurement to resolve issues regarding customer questions or concerns.

We Require:

  • Mission-focus to the job and a passion for delighting customers.
  • 2-5 years of higher-level customer service.  Preferably in manufacturing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Detail-oriented.  Successful track record of working with technical information.
  • Strong computer skills.  Experience working efficiently with an ERP, CRM, customer portals., Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.  Ability to find the root cause of a problem and work with others to resolve.
