Our growth has led to the creation of a Customer Service Representative position in our Manufacturing area. This professional will build effective relationships with existing manufacturing customers. This includes providing responsive, timely, and professional communication with our customers. The person will work closely with production, shipping/receiving, accounting, sales/marketing, and procurement to resolve issues regarding customer questions or concerns.
