Customer Care Specialist – Beyond Vision BSC

We are seeking an outgoing, care-oriented representative to assist us with fulfilling orders for the in-store and online shoppers of our Base Supply Center at Scott Air Force Base. This person will assist with all aspects of customer service, research and provide quotes, perform cashier and stock duties, and process incoming and outgoing shipments in a fast-paced retail environment.

We Require:

  • Experience delivering customer care that exceeds expectations in a high-volume face-to-face customer environment.
  • Experience working with a computer-based cash register.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to research and create quotes, review orders, and enter information at the highest level of accuracy.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day.
  • Good computer skills working with e-mail, ERP system, and access technology of choice (if applicable).
