EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

(Full-Time – Milwaukee, WI)

Under the direct supervision of the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support for Senior and Executive Staff. In addition to the traditional administrative support duties of filing, scheduling, hosting visitors, and composing business correspondence, the Executive assistant will facilitate meetings, coordinate travel itineraries, create procedural documents, and manage special projects as requested by Senior Staff and approved by the C.E.O. The right candidate will take the approach that no job is too big or too small.

We Require:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Two or more years of post-high school education and minimum of two years of on-the-job experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong customer service skills (especially serving the internal customer with respect and with timely follow up). Has a “no job is too small” approach to work.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically working with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information in all situations.
